Fallon also wants in on the gig, so suggests they turn the role into a duet and audition with “True” by Spandau Ballet. The subsequent rendition of the 80’s hit is truly classic. According to The New York Times, Moss stopped by the Tony winner backstage when he was appearing in All the Way last year. Cranston thought treading the boards might help her transition to a post Mad Men world, since it had helped him after he’d completed his run in Breaking Bad. Turns out, he was right. “I’m never happier than when I’m crying onstage,” Moss said. She is currently in preview at the Music Box Theatre; opening night is set for March 19. Baz Lurhmann Teams Up With Stephen Adly Guirgis  Baz Luhrmann is hard at work on his previously reported Netflix hip-hop drama, The Get Down, and he’s tapping theater talent for the project. Vulture reports that Stephen Adly Guirgis, currently represented off-Broadway by Between Riverside and Crazy, is writing and executive-producing the show. Brooklyn playwright Radha Blank is also on the team. No casting has yet been announced, but The Get Down company will feature both professionals and new talent. Rosie Perez Loves Larry David The View co-host Rosie Perez visited The Today Show on February 26 to talk her role in Broadway’s Fish in the Dark—and also her admiration for the production’s creator and headliner Larry David. “I’ve fallen in love with this man,” she said, calling him a “teddy bear.” That Jennifer Lawrence really is a trailblazer!
